Request account & data deletion

Use this page to ask us to close your MariPay account and delete personal data associated with it, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

What happens next

Submit the form with details that match your MariPay account.
We verify your identity (we may contact you by phone or email).
We close your account and delete eligible data, usually within 30 days.
We email you when the request is completed or if we need more information.

Data we may retain

Some information may be kept where required by law (for example anti-money laundering, tax, or dispute records). Retained data is limited to what is legally necessary and protected under our Privacy Policy.
